I obviously have much more respect for people in "our country" and even more for the people that gave their life to protect ours or I wouldn't have started a comment in this dumbass thread to begin with. The entire point of the comment was to bring AWARENESS to the BIGGER ISSUES than some dead 32 year old actress that could of died due to drugs or natural - whatever - who cares. Yeah it sucks that she died at such a young age. I'm sorry that you have feelings for her. BUT, people die everyday at a much younger age than her so why don't you do something about it rather than cry to me about it. I donate time and money every year to help the needy and support our troops. If you do that already than I'm sorry. But if you don't. Shut up already.
On a side note.. Again, if you had half a brain you would know that those 10k+ records of ty EDM that you own and keep in your Ikea bookshelf are not worth more than a coster at Chili's. I have been collecting, playing, producing music for more than 17 years and I have an entire wall of vinyl collecting dust and doing nothing but waiting for someone to burn my house down so I can collect insurance on it but for christ sake bro - those records aren't worth . Unless you had a signed Michael Jackson "Thriller" album w/ his semen on it - it's not worth more than Aunt Jemima's Syrup. There are very few vinyl records out there that have value like the Beatles and I'm sure as you don't have record thats worth more than $50 in your collection. I have milk crates full of test pressings that aren't worth . I might as well save money by throwing them as skeet and shooting with a shotgun. (obviously keeping the gems because I'm not retarded)
Anyways... Listen dude, do your thing. I'm happy for you being passionate about music because thats important. But get a grip on reality. Baseball cards and comic books hold more value than most vinyl records unless you have a rare Beatles record or something along those lines. Again, this is a music forum not an Oprah-douche-drama. Please Jim, Young Jedi Carson from LA. Go cry on someone's shoulder you puss bucket because nobody else gives two flying shi*ts about you and your pile of vinyl that you are talking about.

Obviously, you care what I spend my money on because you brought it up. Some people do or did have that kind of money to spend on music when the economy was in better shape than it is now. I'm not sure why you are resorting to name calling. Your first post was completely immature and it looks like every post since has gotten even more childish. Stop projecting your issues onto me and apologize for disrespecting Brittany Murphy's memory. Her death has nothing to do with the US troops or how you donate your time to the troops. They are completely unrelated. The people on this forum get just as upset when a US soldier dies. You just don't want to see it. Thanks for enlightening me with your side-notes. ;) |
