I love Playhouse, but have you guys conveyed that to the doormen, or the PT older asian lady always in sweats with the clipboard?

it was for the event on nov 16.
i really hate to *itch and moan, but nobody seemed to know where i should go..i was with 4 other girls, 1 guy, 4 girls.the guys in the front said i need to talk to the clipboard lady, the clipboard lady said i need to wait in line with everybody else, some other guy said i had to go inside to get my ticket (but i had to wait in line in order to even get inside).
IMO u need to have the lady in the clipboard have a printout of pre-sale tickets, ppl go up to her, get a pass and skip the line. defeats the purpose if u need to stand in the gen admin/guest list line to get ur ticket.
total wait time was 20-30min? |

Hi Steve, a VIP wristband will count the same as having an RSVP, so we still need you to wait in line. However, you do not have to wait at the back of the line to wait for a ticket stub. Instead, you can enter the line on the right past the restaurant closer to the door. This should get you through much quicker.
We are talking with the Playhouse staff to be sure that the next two weeks go as smoothly as possible, as we are expecting big turnouts at both events. |
