lol I'd like to be there when he brings this up to his lawyer, who then dismisses him as a client and laughs in his face and tells him that HE is actually harassing us.
You're right, he clearly doesn't get it when more than 1/2 the people in the thread were ignoring him and going on about what a great night the TOTA party was and/or telling him to go away b/c he ruins every thread he posts in.
It's ironic that he keeps telling people to put him on ignore if they don't like what he's saying, when he should listen to his own advice.
I honestly wonder if he does a daily search on TA to see where his name pops up in a thread just so he can post and say "I'm not giving you permission to say my name." The kid needs to get a life, or at least GTFO of here if that's all he's going to do. |

If any of you are trying to to profit from my name & likeness off of TA or pretending to be me off of TA i have to persue the correct legal measures to protect my IPs & company

The easy thing to do is
unban me
then TA corp says they have not been using my name or likeness to make money to absolve themselves
then I have to persue the induviduals who are doing it
When I say I have my own corporation im not lying
if you defame my business & myself & cause my to have damages I will proceed in the correct matter
I want to use my nickname when I post
i dont wnat to use alts
you cnat make fun of me & then not aloow me to defend myself
