well, Avalon did something different by launching the Fall-Winter Series Line up (which I was very happy to be a part of). Not too many people were happy when that came about. Lets see what happens the next couple of months for this new Avalon.

Don't vorry buddies. There will be DJ's for all. Some in main room, some in Honey Lounge, Some in Frank Sinatra room (or whatever its called) and some in Spyder Room / Bardot.

They should at least open the terrace back up for some sunrise sets! (or is there is a noise issue now with the apartments next door.

Yeah definitely right, but with the talent Giant has been bringing it could only get worse. :p

A club of Avalon's stature should definitely have a bit better music programming.

It was open for NYE. One of the few pluses from that night.

if they are going to help bookings for Avaland (SAT) and Control (FRI), I hope they bring the more commercial talents on Fridays.

Sasha and Digweed play at Avalon in march. Sounds like on different weekends, though.

JANUARY 2010

Happy New Decade!

It’s official. Giant has merged its weekly Saturday night (formerly at Vanguard) into the award-winning grandeur that is Avalon. So, without further adieu, Giant will be co-presenting Avaland Saturdays at Avalon and Giant will also be supporting Control Fridays at Avalon (more on that later).

Avaland Saturdays are fully stocked to begin 2010. We’ll be uncorking everything from Steve Angello (January) and Calvin Harris (February) to Sasha and John Digweed (both in March). With groundbreaking production and weekly installations to match the top-notch talent, these nights will bring something extraordinary to behold.
