New Jeff Mills album released a couple of weeks ago - has anyone had the chance to listen to it yet? (I'm still waiting on my copy to arrive in the mail).

I think the album is avaliable in Japan exclusively? I ordered my copy (CD + T-shirt package) via HMV Japan.
The album launch was held at Womb Tokyo during NYE and he had one strange booth set up:
I would imagine after mixing for a couple of hours, the knees and back would start to give in ... :eyespop:
And yes... the CD's on the back wall belong to Jeff - on a few youtube clips, you see him take off/put back CD's from time to time!
Womb is definitely on my must-see places for my next Tokyo trip.

That has got to be the most uncomfortable DJ booth I have ever seen :stongue:.
I do like the CD wall though, that's pretty cool.
And at least he didn't arrive to the booth flying like Superman, whilst wearing a giant mouse hat. |
