WOW! That is awesome. Atlanta is too strict to open that late and no promoters ever have parties outside midtown/downtown that go past 3. Oh and for those that can't afford to go to charlotte, Carpool!! If you get 5 people to go and split all the costs it is very inexpensive to make the drive. The entry cost difference from what it would cost in Atlanta would pay for your portion of the gas to get there and a hotel for a night would only be about 50 dollars. So that's 10 per person. I fail to see the problem unless you don't have the 8 hours like you mentioned that would be a problem.
Gareth played a good 3+ hours when I went to see him you would NEVER get that in Atlanta. Make the trip it's totally worth the time and money.

Well, I have been silenced. Lol. Never really got into Blank and Jones, but that's the type of show I was talking about. Who is bring them? I may actually go to that. Could anyone tell me what kind of set they play? And a question about the guestlist thing, does it mean get in free before 10:30 if we r on it or what? Anyways, I guess random shows pop up here and there.
For a city smaller than us, Charlotte has some really nice clubs.

We saw Burridge at HOM a few years ago. The set went till about 3am and then everything moved downstairs where it went on indefinitely. We need something like that in Atlanta.
