yeah you can hear it. it's a rip from his 1live Rosenmontagsrave-Set 2002. I was there. you can hear the crowd ;) - 2 or 2,5 hours awesome set. and as you can hear in these time he still used to spin faster with 141-145 bpm. |

As was the case with most of his reworks. Although to be fair, if much more than a few changes were made then it would become a remix and not a rework.
In this case he's slapped his trademark kick over the top and made a few cuts and a couple of simple additions. For example, if you listen to the full vinyl rip of the Above & Beyond Remix from approx 2:00 - 2:40 and then compare this with 156:02 - 156:28 from the Arches set you should be able to hear some subtle differences.

He had 2 versions of this on the go. These appear on the tracklist as 'Paul van Dyk Rework' and 'Paul van Dyk Rework Re-Edit'.
The first 'Rework' was played towards the back end of the 2001, and the newly improved 'Rework Re-Edit' with a cleaner outro was introduced in early 2002 (Rosenmontags Rave 2002.)
Speaking of which, a minor correction for Club Eau [NL] (11-11-2001) - It should just be:

Its 96 kbps/mono, named the file as "YYYY-MM-DD_TRACKNR.mp3"

Also i would like to recommend paint in RED color unknown tracks or versions, so we can clearly see how much work still left, otherwise we can miss some unknown track like "Ege Bam Yasi - Bubble (ID Rmx)". It looks like fully ibentified track.

But I think the red isn't such a good choice - It really hurts my eyes.
I prefer the white which is also used in the vonyc sessions archive to highlight IDs.
As always comments suggestions are welcome (by anyone) :)

I suspect the right name is "What Is Love" and not "Te Quiero". These vocals are in this track. Can Anybody confirm? |

That's the point! It must hurt your eyes as it's unknown track:stongue:
Anyway red ones you can see much better that white, which is very close to usual text. + i think you should underline samples to better view as they are not as regular text in tracklists.
About recordings.ru i told early, use russian proxi server in your browser. There you can find some samples for old singles. |
