That was a bonkers race. Lots of great passing. Unfortunately it was not down to the rules, but purely the rain. You could see that when things started to dry up, and things evened out, trains started to form.

But, man, some of that passing was ridiculous. Hamilton is the best passer in the field, head and shoulders above everybody else. Button got a bit lucky with his call to come in, but in the end, he made the call and he won. So luck or not, his actions lead him to the win.

The standings so far are very interesting. This 25 points for winning a race, sure is weird and hard to get used to.

Poor Vettel. I would really like for him to be the next champ.

A more enjoyable race compared to last race at least. I didn't want to fall asleep.

I'm not getting what is happening to McLaren. Why did Lewis have to go in for a 2 pit while the top contenders stayed out for 45+ laps on the soft tires. If their going to last soft tires and last the whole entire race what's the point of doing pit stop for tires even -.- Driver knows best and Lewis should have stayed out on his own and screw it.. even though he's so called "heavy on his tires".

Too bad for Vettel. He'll have his time to shine.

Schumi got screwed with his front wing QQ. want to see his ass on the podium already... especially the german anthem lol

It was all that passing. He is heavy on his tires, you are right, and that is because the guy drives around other drivers on the side of turns.

Hamilton doesn't know better than the telemetry. Remember Japan 2007, when they just ran the tires into the ground...or...Hamilton into the gravel pit? Yes, that was a team decision, and so was this, IMO the right one.

lol give him some points i guess lol...

did you read up on his "burnout" on the previous week, caused "dangerous driving" hahaha

Reminder: The Grand Prix of China is on at 3am. Looking forward to good race. Just got one of those feelings ya know?

^lol...

Relating to this morning's GP though...

WTF WAS THAT, SEB?!?!?!?!

Not only did you take yourself out of the race, but nearly took out your team mate too!?!? He definitely cost Webber the race as far as I am concerned.

ohh man there are going to be fists of fury in the RBR department, but that's racing. I think Vettel was just trying to get to the right to get the racing line from Webber and Webber didn't give and Vettel tried to push to the outside and pushed to hard. Either way, it made my day.

It wouldn't be a race without drama.

Look at Button and Ham they got some racing in at each other near the end and Ham and Button did touch rims coming out of turn 1 I'm sure of it. I'm just surprised Ham just didn't blow his tires this time. He was all over the place, but damn can he race and just race, race to get past who ever in front of him. Ham deserved the win after getting screwed at the first pit.

I have to say, I was pretty happy to see the RBRs go off and Mark having to come in for repairs. Also, I was laughing my head off watching the button/hamilton battle towards the end there. It was kind of like they were showing RBR 'How it's done'.

yea when Vettel took 2nd i didn't want a 1,2 RBR for some reason I also wanted the hiccup. I expected Mark would be further being in positions when he had to be and actually wanted schum to get 3rd but they really pulled away from the 4,5,6,7,8,9 pack.
