Project: Tear down Guv

I've got a few questions, thought people here may already know where to find the answers...
For my class in Urban Development, we're supposed to design an office/retail/residential building in the city. If the location is already being used then we can tear down whats there..Ive picked The Guvernments location to put my new building (CONDOS FTW).
Whats the current zoning and official plan for the lot?
Legal description?
Site size?
Not sure where to find this stuff...its a random course so I've got no background to it..Thanks |

I agree.
I was just in NYC and could not believe how much more logic went into their urban planning compared to Toronto |

what school do you attend? Why not choose to tear that building down?
Ps- guarantee you are not going to have anyone help you with a plan to tear down our hedonistic haven. Why not call Guv admin? Really don't know how much they will help you either, but its better than getting torn a new one by posting that you want to choose to tear down guv
