I remember someone asking this in another thread but cant find it for the life of me. I bought my Sander ticket but forgot to change it to pickup at the Wantickets Store and instead got it for will-call at the dock. After seeing the lines last year even while holding my ticket, I dont want to do that. I emailed their support but havent had a response yet. Has anyone successfully changed will-call methods on orders?

Yeah , It shouldn't be a problem, I've done it in the past.:toothless

funny that you ask I did the same thing yesterday too for same event. I emailed them my orderid # and transaction number and they switched it for me and emailed me a new receipt. took them about 30 mins. after i emailed them to do it...sometimes they are slow to get back. if you didn't send them your order # and stuff just try sending a new email to them with all the info in it.

I also selected "Will Call" for the Sander/Desyn party... was this a mistake? Was the will call line that ridiculous?

well last year even if you had a hard ticket already they were still checking peoples names on the list and stuff and it took a while...i was one of the first on the boat and like i said before i got on the boat got some drinks and ate on the lower deck. when i went to the top deck there were still a lot of people waiting to get on...this was about an hr. after i got on the boat...

they did say that it was going to be a smoother process this year though.

That doesn't seem too bad... thanks for the info. I think i'll stick with Will Call, since I heard the Wanttickets pick-up isn't all that fast either.

I went to Wanttickets last year about 11am on Wednesday and no one was in line. I sent the email yesterday with the Order# but not the transaction#. I will resend it in a few with both and see what happens this time.

You guys will be fine with will-call. We have been assured that the process will be much smoother this year.

the wantickets store last year was an insane improvement compared to years past. I'm assuming they are going to do the same this year.

That's good to hear. I've just heard bad things in previous years, which had prompted me just to ship tickets directly to me. Think I'll give the pick-up a try
