Making the Perfect Margarita

| I've got a party coming up and I'll be making Margaritas. I checked my liquor cabinet and I have Grand Marnier but no Cointreau. Can I substitute? I'm also out of tequila. Any recommendations? Is it a waste to use top notch stuff in a margarita? I'm thinking $20-30 price range. |

I've never heard of putting Grand Marnier in a margarita before :conf:
You don't have to use Cointreau, you can use Triple Sec instead. |

Good point. I don't really know why he's putting on this facade about "margaritas", we all know by the end of the day it'll just be roofie coladas with crazy straws in them. |
