Essential Windows downloads

I am compiling a set of essential windows downloads so whenever i need to do a fresh install for someone or for me, i have it readily available on my removable drive. I feel I don't have enough after looking at my drive. Here's my list as of now
AVG / Windows Security Essentials
Winamp / ITunes (for the non-tech saavy who have ipods. i personally hate the app.)
VLC / Divx
Pidgin / Trillian / other chat apps
Winzip / Winrar
Chrome / Firefox / Opera
Sopcast / StreamTorrent
anything else i'm missing?

Its image viewer software. :) Reads like almost every image format out there. |

irfanview as stated before, is a godsend in windows 7 |
