couple next door fighting like crazy

ok so the couple next door have been fighting really brutally the past day. not just yelling but also throwing at each other and i'm starting to get concerned. i've spoken to both the guy and the girl individually before (i run into them in the building every now and then) and they both seem cool so i dont wanna take sides.
but the girl is really tiny and the guy is like this huge dude, like a bouncer. just right now the girl was yelling on top of her voice "HELP ME!!! HELP ME!!" so i was oh , is the dude trying to kill her or something?! wtf. so i went over, knocked on the door (this is NYC so apartments are tiny and theirs is on the same floor right across from mine). guy opens. i say "sorry i dont wanna interfere in your personal matters but is everything ok?" guy is like "i appreciate your concern we're just a couple fighting". so i said ok and left.
what the hell should i do? they've fought like crazy in the past but this time its been twice when the girl has yelled HELP ME HELP ME so i'm worried abt the girl. she's kinda feisty too so i dont know if it's the guys fault or if she keeps doin to piss him off, but in any case the guy is huge and if he wanted to he could finish her off in a second and no one in the building would even know. |
