" to all my fans in stereo, it is with regret that i am not going to be able to do the gig this Saturday. its about time stereo improves his booking system and advertising according with the unique music room it is and his lovely and unique crowd. i'm going to be back to stereo very soon and you will see it first in my websites or hearing via facebook from myself. im sorry for any inconvenience this has cause. see you soon! dj vibe "
how the hell did this happen on the day of the event??? its a MONTH hes been announced .. i hope stereo is on top of the situation and they will make it up to us , anyone hear anything? |

it was suuuuuuuuuchhh a sick night, WOW!
the place was full, sooo many goodlooking ppl, lots of girls, it was packeddd. Vibe like no other.
Music was amazing, wasnt expecting it to be that good. started off slowly but the beat just became vicious and unforgiving at some point. i was dancing my butt off all night. ughhh i fiend that BASSSS. good job nicola and joubin!
i left at around 8h30 it was still packed and no signs of slowing down. |

Ya thats not good press for Stereo at all. I didn't find out until getting to Stereo at 2am that Vibe cancelled, but was told if you had tickets keep your stub and when he comes back you will be able to purchase a reduced ticket. But now wondering if he will be re-booked.....
None the less went for a good night, and while it did start off slow and took awhile to get into Joubin brought it up a notch later on in the night and I could not stop dancing. I wasn't planning on having a late night, which went right out the window when I couldn't stop dancing and then didn't leave until 10am. Still an incredible night with a great Stereo crowd, I'm still very glad I went.
Now if only I could sleep.... Canada won gold and all I can hear outside is people shouting and honking their horns. :D |

Ditto!!! Couldn't agree with you more. One of the best nights ever at Stereo... gorgeous crowd, amazing beats & the vibe was unmatched. We left at 10:15 a.m. and the party was still going strong! Goes to show you that you don't necessarily need international talent for a wicked party.
Anyone know what time the party actually ended? |

| i know its late but it was a crazy night even if dj vibe did not show.This night felt like the good old ((Stereo)) days everybody was on party mode it was crazy. a lot of beautifull people lots of girls :) and the best dancing crowd i saw.People were just on beat it was crazy. Joubin and Nicola rocked it proper thanks again Stereo :) |

as much as the initial shock/dissapointment that vibe cancelled sucked, i couldn't let something like that ruin my night. stereo is the reason why i came and that's where i was going to go
went back to the hotel and got everyone back in the mood
got to stereo around 130am to a bit of a line but as soon as it started moving we got in pretty quickly

joubin and nicola torriero honestly blew me away!! :eyespop: tribal, and ONLY tribal for the entire night...no tech, tech-tribal, techno, just ing full on out driving tribal just the way i love it best!!
im even going to go as far as to say he would've out preformed dj vibe, and he's my #1...
this was my favourite stereo experience for SURE, not one thing i would change about it!! this party had that old stereo vibe i thought i would never be able to experience again...:)
im definately going back, and soon. just watching everyone in motion jamming to tribal from the upper lounges was a magical feeling. oh and the sound system, tweaked even better than before if you can believe it!! everything was spot on, i didn't even THINK to use my ear plugs, just crisp, finely tuned...no where else can you feel the music better, just pulsating through every inch of your body
after partying at stereo on saturday it made me realize how bored i am getting of the toronto sound
TRIBAL IS NEVER DEAD!!! STEREO IS LIVING PROOF!!! it really is a temple of its own sort :toothless :disbelief |
