There's no way you can wax a beard without doing permanent damage. Those roots are ing tough.

If I'm honest, there's really no way I could do that. I've been using a mach 3 for the last 5 years or so. electric shavers.

Exactly, that's my main gripe with it. I have a proper mans beard, not this wanker metro "hair every 5mm" crap :stongue:

I tried it as well, it gets clogged heaps easy.

You must have weak girly hair :o

I have a generic CVS 3 blade razor and it does the job fine. I think the multi-blade craze is a marketing competition to claim who has the most blades. After all if a 1 single sharp straight razor has always worked fine all these years how is it they we now need 5 blades? Clogging is a common complaint too.

The one think I don't understand is why do razors dull so quickly.

Hmmm, maybe they are released here. Called the Gillette Fusion? I always thought that was the battery powered one, so I never gave it a second look. I'll check it out on Saturday when I do my shopping.

That's what I use,

I can't shave with electric. My s so thick it doesnt even look like a shaved at all. Gotta go against the grain with razor.

I'll never use a non battery powered razor again. It makes shaving so much more pleasant.
