Yes this is a pretty ing massive list for me. I was planning to leave the city for a couple of months mid-end of May but I think that most definitely will have to be delayed by a bit.

disappointing so far I must say...last year was huge but then again it was the 10th anniversary..

I might be interested in the following artists:

Paul Kalkbrenner, as much as I like his stuff, doesn't really fit with Mutek unless he is booked at piknic. Since the Mutek piknics are rarely or never canceled, we are guaranteed to see him perform this time so that's good news.
Enjoy
so i was checking out names that i havent heard of before

this is ing cool

maybe I'm just getting old and crochity, but nothing on that list is really OMG-wow to me. Solid lineup, but nothing that has me really excited.

Time to start digging through the people I've never heard of before.

this line-up is almost as good as last year's.

proof once more that Mutek IS showcasing the key players that are expanding electronic music in relevant ways.

Closing with the Moritz von Oswald Trio should be amazing, and Ben Frost live and The Caretaker will be the transcendental highlights of the festival.

Really jealous I won't make it.

Annoyed that I missed Byetone last year, was one of the artists I was looking forward to seeing the most. Made the mistake of trying to do pretty much everything that day. Then realizing "If I want to make it to Nocturn, I need to head back to the Hotel, shower, clean and get something to eat" and left a bit before he got on.

The line-up's anything but disappointing.. I think it's rather impressive.
Regarding Kalkbrenner, he is actually playing at Piknic on Saturday.
Not a fan of his, but I'll be there that day for Dixon and Henrik
