I generally sleep once per two days. The duration and time of day vary widely.

interesting topic.

I go to sleep anywhere between 11.00 PM - 1.00 AM, but a median is around 12.15 AM. I wake up between 6.45 AM - 7.00 AM. I usually don't have an interrupted sleep.
