only did 7hr of zone.. I dunno how someone can do 12 plus hours.. seems like your brain will give up and you turn into a zombie. My legs went after just about 6 hours and after got some reflexology! I shouldn't of left during the junkies but I had to get myself some Timmies breakfast sandwich..soooo goood, then to 7/11 for some happy planet energy shot with some ferrero rocher. As soon as I came out there is tons of commotion and it was like all the animals in a zoo broke out and tried to escape! I don't think it wasn't that big but its the biggest fight I've seen yet. I walk-in to see some bouncers pissed and hurt.. security there really is wonderful and glad to have them there. Totally saw the dude with the pool cue dancing around and doing spins around it like he was trying to make himself dizzy. Loved the bongo player during "Deko-zo"s set.
Best part of the morning.. watchin kotsy dancing up on the table near teh cz neon sign and generally having the time of his life !
haven't been to zone in about four months but I believe I will be back soon enough:thepirate |

LOL omgggg I forgot we did this!! There was like 8 of us hahaha.
Suchhhh an amazing zone day! Music was top notch all day long pretty much. I got there around 7:30 am (couldn't go at 4 am with kotsy because I was far too wasted to be in public apparently for a little while). I clocked in at 19 hours since I left sometime after 2:30 am (I wanted to close it soooo bad but I had to force myself to leave b/c of work at 8 am :whip: ).
Missed the first part of the Junkies set, but the good chunk I caught was off the walls. Especially the very end, serious tunes. Cheers Vince and Val, you guys get better everytime I see you!! Deko-ze was amazing for the first hour or so of his set. He lost me for the rest of it though. I'm sad Spiritual Battery didn't get fully played b/c of it skipping, but as Jon said, Deko-ze massively saved himself with talent. Set of the day for me was JAYFORCE!!!!! SOOOOOOOO good, this guy can seriously mix and I just love his energy behind the decks. I appreciate seeing other people jump around when they're into the music too. :) Really sad that Carlo was sick, but what I heard from Christina Cruise was good. I spent a good part of her set upstairs though drinking more :D and grooving to Chris Ink. Yesterday was also my first time seeing Alicia Hush spin, and I've heard from many people that she can be a tad on the slower side, but I enjoyed some of the stuff she was playing. It WAS a bit too slow (and very minimal) for my taste, but we all got our fill of upbeat tunes throughout the day.
Overall, SO many adventures and characters (which more than likely included us). Man I love the zone...but I think it's time for a break for me soon lol. |

I forgot about this too, bwahahaha. Love it. There always needs to be a show put on that stage whenever we go to zone. <3

I wholeheartedly agree.
Had a blast on Sunday, even though I was so worn out from partying 4 days in a row. Napping before zone was key to successfully staying as long as I did. I think this is the most time I've spent at zone in one day.. didn't feel the need to close it, as once 10 pm hit, I was pretty tired of listening to tunes. For the most part, I enjoyed the music all day. Deko-ze's first hour with the guest bongo performance was definately the highlight of my day.  |
