February 22nd I am told I have completed the Admissions Process to Seattle Central. They confirm that I am a previous student and that they have my records and that I can sign up for classes after taking their online orientation.
I wait a couple days and then take the orientation. It sucks ass because its in Flash and poorly done. I complete it. The form to fill out to confirm completion has no success page, or any notification what soever that you have sent in your details. It just kicks you back to the form when you are done and it is empty. :wtf:
I attempt to use their online class registration tool. I login with my student ID and my default PIN which is based off of personal information. It says my PIN is invalid. Frustrated I try the number of combinations that could be what they describe as your PIN's information. With no success I resolve myself to thinking that it must be because when I was a previous student I had changed my PIN to something else.
I attempt to find an email address to the registrations department. There is none. I send an email back to the admissions department asking if they or registrations can reset my PIN. I figure this is a simple issue and put it out of my mind the next few days.
I get an email a week from when I sent it (a Monday) saying call registrations. I call them on a Tuesday but I get no where. I call wednesday and I get someone, they tell me to try again. This time the error message says "Invalid Student Type" and tells me to contact admissions. Admissions says "oh you did take the COMPASS placement test but it is out of date, so you need to take it again" FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUH.
So I can take it at a closer community college, but the place on wednesday closes at 3 and I only have an hour to get there and take it. So I look at their schedule for testing. Thursdays they close at 11AM. There is no way I can make that with my sleep schedule (I been working odd hours with developers in Australia AND Germany, and the only over lap time is 2AM to 4AM). Friday I am out of town.
So I go in the following monday, the 22nd and take it. They fax it to SCCC admissions (the lady at the testing place even called to make sure it was the right fax number and they said it was). I email them and say "Advise me when I am in the system with my test scores." I do something stupid and wait 1 day for their email. Wednesday I start to call. It takes forever. I am on ing hold for like 20 minutes multiple times. I finally get someone and they go "oh we never got that fax... sorry" and then say "besides you need to fax it to Testing, not admissions". FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUH
So I go and fax a copy again. I get back and call them and go "did you get it?"
"Oh we close in one minute, try again tomorrow."
FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUH
So I call them Thursday and again I am on hold, when I just go and check if I can get into register for classes. I can! WOOT! So I go sign up for the math class I need to get my ing HS diploma and most of them are filled, but thats fine cause I tested into a fairly high number so I have a wide range of choices. So I sign up for a non-college level class, Math 98 or something, 2 seats left! Oh whats this? I need a ing access code from the instructor for some ing reason. Go to this one site to find out how. I go to an obvious ing frontpage site and find jack .
I call an advisor, the guy on the phone I can barely hear and then I get a voicemail. :wtf: So I'm like ok, this.
So I call back friday and get NO ONE. I leave a ing voice mail and tell them to call me back. I spend the weekend pissed off.
So today I am going up to seattle. I call them again to make sure that I can't just do this over hte phone.
The guy says "advisors do not take phone calls and emails can not be about anything specific, walk in hours are 9 to 11AM and our next available appointment is April 1."
So I have an appointment April 1 at 12. ing semester starts April 5.
This has been the most ing annoying ever and I have to pay these ******s to go to school there. :mad:

School I am going to is disorganized and totally ing clueless and I have to pay them for the experience of going there. Also I am less than a week from the start of the semester and I haven't been able to register for classes! :mad:
