From previous Giant emails:
| quote: | What is an “EXPRESS IT” Online Ticket? Only available online and only in advance for each event, “EXPRESS IT” Online Tickets guarantee immediate “no line, no waiting” entry into “GIANT” Thursdays at SUTRA before 11pm.
Why choose “EXPRESS IT” Online Tickets if there is No Cover? If you RSVP (via giantclub.com) to our “No Cover RSVP List” and arrive after we reach capacity, you will still enjoy free admission when capacity becomes available, however…
If you’ve purchased an “EXPRESS IT” Online Ticket, we’ll hold a spot for each “EXPRESS IT” Ticket Holder until 11pm. If you arrive after 11pm and we’ve reached capacity, we'll accommodate “EXPRESS IT” Ticket Holders first, before guests on our “No Cover RSVP List,” when capacity becomes available.
“EXPRESS IT” Online Tickets are NOT available at the event." |

| Express is just a means to cut the line, if you're running late its good I guess. |

The term "express it" is lame.
Don't be fooled, it's just selling tickets w/o calling it ticket sales they can say it always free on Thursdays!
The rules seem to be like most presales. Get there before a certain time and you're in. Most places have a 1am or midnight cutoff. This one is just 11pm. In both cases, you get there after that cutoff time and it's at capacity you aren't getting in. With ticket sales, you get priority admission after the cutoff time of course. With the express it ticket, I imagine they would do a similar thing for you if you arrived after 11pm so as long as some people left to cut capcity down.
With ticket sales, prices rise as you get closer to the date. Early bird sales, etc. Hey wait, it's what they do for this "express it" thing too! Start at $10, move to $15, move to $20.
The night revolves around always being free and is marketed that way. If they had "ticket" sales, they couldn't do that. So it's "express it" passes or whatever.
That's my guess. Don't see any other reason.
BTW, I don't have a problem with them selling the express it stuff. I just hate they call it that. Plenty of nights have free guestlists for those on newsletter list, pay attention to boards etc, and regular ticket sales on the side. |

| Yea I think the Express it is fine - 10$ for Markus Schulz works for me. |
