This is the final game between the best teams of Croatia and Serbia (Cibona [white] and Partizan [black]). It was played in Zagreb, Croatia, home of the white team on April 25, 2010. Cibona made a 3-pointer with 0.6 seconds left and due to the big rivalry started to celebrate a bit too prematurely. Yes, there should have been a Technical, but the refs probably feared for their own well-being and simply didn't dare call a T on the home team with 0.6 seconds left.
