impeccable age of love sample

garage house is badass. garage house > progressive house

That's probably why they called it different :)

But indeed it's a lot different. I personally like Speed Garage more. But do you mind talking about both of them here?

187 Lockdown - Kung Fu had a funny video by the way :)

^This.

Garage House? Never really heard of that. :haha:

Only "Garage" I really care about is either Speed Garage or UK Garage.

Holy crap, they look so young in that pic... haven't they hated each other for years now?
Mattinsanity
they had a personal vendetta against each other?

Yup, apparently this was the reason:

apparently the beef is over now, but i believe it was brought on when junior had tenaglia removed from twilo where DT had gone after finishing @ tunnel. why, i dont know. funny thing was danny used to spin at twilo 96-97, when junior was @ tunnel, which was literally one block up 27th street for those who arent from nyc.

Pretty much diva drama queens going at it for years. I never liked either guy personally (yeah I'm a disgrace to my hometown I guess :P )

Back to the topic at hand. Seems it's more the NY garage sound, instead of UKG/Speed Garage and (one of my favorite genres of all time, 2-step). Here's some songs of all 3 genres I like:

The best garage song ever!

Anita Kelsey went on to do a few trance songs last decade (including that "Falling" song that was on every trance mixcomp a few years back), but this was one of her first releases:

Also, someone mentioned Christians above... reminds me that this thread is SORELY lacking in Todd Edwards:

Sorry about my earlier comment, I tend to play the ignorant now and then. :p

I love a lot of Sunship's work. Recently bought the '98 release "Is This Real?" a few months back. MJ Cole is cool with me too.

Honestly, I lean more toward the commercial side of 2-Step/UK Garage. I love almost everything Artful Dodger put out:

And get a load of this track. This is actually somewhat new.. it's got that "Classic yr 2000" sound apparently:
