Pages: [1] 2 3 4  Lights at the guv View this Thread in Original format bigdaddyluke I was looking through some of my old pics (Armin @ Guv Oct 2004) when he played in the main room.. and one of the pictures caught my eye, see below the lights above the main room were in full swing back then.... going up, going down, rotating diagonally, etc... i have been to guv so many times in recent memory and have never seen the lights drop low, like they used to... have i just been in the wrong room when it has happened? i would think i would remember something like this, but i just dont... anyone have a recent memory of the lights dropping?? if not the lights should be dropped more often! http://twitpic.com/1lct7c[/URL]http://twitpic.com/1lct7c FunkyCrew I was actually thinking about this recently too - I remember standing by the front, turning around and seeing all those crazy lights good question! pslip ..... Coxx i took this video when above & beyond were here back in 2007 the sound is bad b/c i had my old camera lol above & beyond back in 2009 zike911 I've noticed that they don't usually bring down the lights on special performance nights, but rather on regular "mark oliver" nights. Like when Gareth Emery couldn't come because of the volcanic ash, Mark Oliver was spinning, and the lights were as low as they can be. It's still one of my favourite features in that place... And Jay... Haven't you noticed that we lost the small (but better imho) laser that we had above the amp racks???
