I wanted to buy a bottle and searched where you could buy it. Unfortunately in Ontario, you can only get it through Diamond Wines, the LCBO doesn't have it listed in their products.
I emailed the contact from Diamond Wines, and was told that they only ship it by the case (6 bottles). It works out to be $75/bottle including tax and shipping anywhere in the GTA (to one location obviously).
I want to buy a bottle, but don't need 6! I was wondering if anyone here would be interested in purchasing one. PM me if you're interested. |
It's cheaper than that in the US. I think it's around $50 in Manhattan.
You might want to look for it in Detroit before getting case. |

I have. The closest store to get it is about 30-45 mins away from the border. |

Big Daddy Luke actually sent me a PM on May 7th at 4pm, so I think he should get dibs if anyone ordered after him.
I can provide the email address of the guy who you order from since there's more than 6 people who want them, and perhaps the next 6 people could order a case themselves.

As far as ordering the first 6. Here's my "stipulations" I guess.
I can order the case on my credit card, but I would want the money up front from everybody because as soon as I place the order I would put the money on my credit card to pay the bill. The easiest way to do it is probably to email the money to me.
I'll order the case to come to my place. Then whoever the purchasers are can either come by my place (I live downtown just north of the St. Lawrence market) or we can arrange for a time/place to meet that is convenient to us both. So Toronto residents only please (unless you want to drive in to Toronto).
