heh funny seeing this thread.
I ordered a box last week and had some last night for the first time--it's nothing special--I still prefer Effen.
By the way, I went through LCBO; you just have to contact the right sales rep directly. |

i had some last summer. it was not too bad for me. pretty smooth. but then again, i was already drunk when trying it, so who knows. |

| lisa, if you really wanted that stuff tho, there are better ways of getting it. like duty free, or friends that live in other provinces/countries. |

The only duty free I frequent is the one in Detroit and I haven't seen it there before. There's a place about 40 mins out of Detroit I can get it, but the extra cost is worth the inconvenience of having to drive all the way out there just to get the bottle - when they may not even have it in stock. And if I ask a friend in another province/country to get it then I either won't get it for a long time, or the money I would save in the purchase would be used to have them ship it to me. |
