What an amazing. amazing. amazing show. Markus destroyed. at the end of the night I was left with a big smile on my face thinking to myself 'what a fkg experience.' I'm really looking forward to hearing the set (well 2 hours of it anyway) on the next GBDJ broadcast.
the last time I saw Markus at Pacha was early 09 and was one of the best sets I've seen him deliver also. That show was in my head for a month & now it seems the same with this show, I'm still pumped right now at 7am from the night. From his recent GBDJ shows I thought this set might be just ok because I'm not a big fan of Dark Heart Waiting & other songs he's been playing a lot, but he played a lot of new tunes that were great. I heard a Jan Johnston remix, a Departure-sounding song probably from the new album, and he also played other good tracks like Cass & Slide-Perception, Arty remix of Absolute Reality.

I was supposed to be sorted for guestlist/vip but I guess my boyfriend has better connections than me! :lol:
I just knew I should have never even tried. My best friends death still affects me and I don't want to go through the same I did when Rank1 walked on stage @ ASOT. Did Markus even play his BRR mix of Rank1- Breathing? If he did then I am glad I wasn't there.

first wow he ripped us a new one. markus is my favorite dj and if he wasn't before then last night would certainly put him in my #1 position. had vip which was cool since there were tons of TAs upstairs although i miss the feeling of the floor, feels like you are more connected with the crowd. either way it was a amazing party as expected and actually happy i'm not going to toronto tonight because last night can't be repeated!

Woah, I wasn't even supposed to be in NYC last night and it just worked out for the best. Markus didn't just destroy the place, he leveled it. I had no idea Markus could play that hard. Good times, and I won't be missing another Markus show at pacha again.

Markus is a really cool dude, first time I saw him at Pacha and for a dj to grab phones like that for requests is awesome. Saw him do it several times and was giving honest answers lol, some yes some no. Also at the end he came out of the booth was taking pictures, talking, etc. Loved that he said he'll be back in the summer!
was so worried the way this board made it seem like it was going to be balls to the walls in there, i thought there was plenty of room to move around..??
