About time. I was definitely losing sleep over the rampant and irresponsible use of hookahs around the city.

Why do people call it hookah? It's Sheesha or Argeelah. Nobody in the Middle East ever calls it hookah.. |

Basically "here is an activity that we should regulate" means "omg how have we been missing this tax opportunity?" |
