Sorry to hear you get that, for what its worth I've been under terminal levels of stress for years due to work and other rubbish, that I'm assured, will actually kill me. So I've found that just simply going out and getting your hands dirty somewhere quiet doing something completely un-intellectual tends to be an outlet, just floating around in neutral so to speak.
It comes down to the person as we're all different, bit of back to nature helps if you can find the time.

They are flying vermin here too, none really in any number in this area, we get Indian Myna birds that are stinky, noisy little bastards that I think pushed them out and tend to put my poor honeyeaters and Wattlebirds under a bit of duress as they make large family groups and very territorial.
I'd quite happily light them up with a shotgun... but it's a bit too suburban here :p |

Hmm, I'm going to ask if my cousin has one or can make me one. Certain people will freak-out if I start running around with an air-rifle which was the other option...
(Though I'd imagine I'd be a terrible shot with a slingshot, probably break a lot of windows with stray marbles) |
