I can't wait for August! A State Of Trance area is going to rock the place! Who is going too? Mainstage and Intec also looks fantastic.

Dance Valley Festival 2010

The line-up has been released for Dance Valley, one of the largest dance festivals of Europe. Dance Valley is renowned for its broad programming and rich dance history, a tradition that organiser UDC will further bolster with this year's edition. World-famous DJs share the podium with up-and-coming talent, while well-loved dance grooves are mixed with the latest trends in this dynamic world. The impressive line-up will today be published on www.dancevalley.com , the completely renewed site of the festival.

Comprehensive dance info on bigger and better site
The website of Dance Valley has undergone a total makeover. From today, you can not only check the line-up, but also discover a range of new features. Like an overview of all DJ biographies. Or a complete archive of info spanning the start of Dance Valley in 1995 to the latest news. Spend an hour on the site and you will be an expert on old and new dance styles and their pioneers.

Another new addition to this year's site is 'Flavour and Fun', with information on tasty, culinary discovery and a wealth of wonderful entertainment. What's more, the site has incorporated various social media applications: all it takes is one click to follow Dance Valley via Twitter, Myspace, Facebook or Hyves.

The site can of course also be used to order tickets for the festival. Tickets cost € 62.50 each.

One of the most encompassing dance festivals of Europe
Few dance festivals in Europe can match Dance Valley's comprehensive programming: techno, electro, Hardstyle, Italo, Goa dance… the beats of all these styles supplement and complement one another as you move from wall of speakers to the next.

This year, the imposing Main Stage is dominated by house & progressive, with a closing act by one of the world's leading DJs.

An arsenal of music styles represented by no fewer than 24 areas. Snazzy electro is on offer from Electronation, New Rave or Indie Rave at the Dum Dum Trailer Trash area, with maximum pleasure ensured with the minimalistic style of Smaakstof. Big names are on the cards at This is…, Intec Digital and Roog’s House.

For pounding techno go to Kne’Deep, let it all hang out at Club zonder Filter or check out the inimitable Cirque Electrique, which makes its first appearance this year. If you want to crazy, then HQ and Showtek are right up your street. 'Original' dance lovers will feel right at home at Dutch Acid Family and A State of Trance.

i would rather wipe my ass with sandpaper then go anywhere near the State of Trance Area....and not that fine sandpaper...the really coarse sandpapaer that would rip the hair and skin right off my ass.

Dance Valley is one of the few festivals in Holland I won't visit this year. I couldn't care less about the lineup. Then again, I'm not that much of a trance cracker :p

That's not the entire line-up. For a moment there I thought UDC had been KO'd by the recession.

It looks like they're trying to save money by relying heavily on local talent instead of paying outrageous booking fees for the top stars. The only question then is whether the money they save by doing this will offset the money they lose by taking such a hit in the star draw-department.

Menno de Jong why this guy is in the dj mag? I can't get to know what he did, hate his stuff.

BTW there are some dj's in the line up that can't know how they reached there because they're pretty unfamous and they're awful, won't say a name but i almost fell slept with one of the dj's there literally, and it's hard with a 20.000W equipment...

For a second, I read this as "Droog" and thought, "Oh, at least there's one good act."
