I am in for this, no matter what the date (except if it's on Labour Day weekend which I'm praying it isn't).
Anyone who wants to experience a true journey of music should go to this party.
Danny Tenaglia's natural environment is an afterhours club with an open ended closing time.
His set at Boa on Canada Day of 2004 was one of the best parties I have ever been to. Not only that, although it sounds corny/over the top, it was almost a life changing experience. Up until that point I had mainly listened to trance and was getting a bit bored of partying, but after that night it completely changed my musical tastes, the types of parties I like to go to, and ignited a passion for music and partying that still exists today.
I'm probably overhyping it a little, but make no mistake that Danny Tenaglia marathon sets are one of the best experiences this scene has to offer. |
