Am I the only one who wants to see TES V from Bethesda?

People want newness? How about they stick an extra half gig of ram in these glorified DVD players so I can start playing games that feel a little less aged?
look at sony’s motion abortion. Just how many games have been improved with its implementation? These fads are great for advertising, but when you look at the number of developers that actually take up the new hardware and make it an important part of their games, they’re in a tiny minority, and usually it up anyway.
The wiimote is about as accurate as my limp dick, and simply horrible to use compared to the alternatives. Hell, my sega saturn’s lightgun felt better (admittedly I havent played with the new sensor technology that’s apparently way better than standard).
Kinect is a fun-looking technology until you think about how practical it actually is for most styles of games. Do I really want to stand in my lounge wiggling my hands with no physical response from my input?
Yes yes, im old and grumpy.

they are just trying to make a quick buck. just like everyone else :o

This whole motion fad is just the companies attempting to do what Nintendo has done and draw in a larger audience through accessible gimmicks. No one who actually cares about and plays games regularly, as far as I can tell, really gives two s about all this motion garbage. It means nothing if you have no good games to support it, and judging by the Wii's history and the currently revealed games for these new technologies, it's more of the same.

I'm of the opinion that Microsoft is just showing up a bit late to the whole motion technology bit. It's an established fact that Wii sales have been down in favor of ipods and ipads for mobile gaming. Niggers. If they really wanted to be competitive they should have announced some mobile platform. It winds up feeling forced and gimmicky and I can only imagine the bugs that people are going to encounter (though I guess it's necessary for progression Breeder Lemon 8 Platipus Bunker Subterranean Murk Biochemistry Willy Fuel progressive music all year long).

I hate how there are sequels and gimmicks. Nothing revolutionary at all. Too much stuff for casual gamers, nothing innovative at all.
I hope TES V gets announced.

im more excited about this

3DS is the only hardware shown that looks promising...and mainly because it has an impressive list of (supposedly) launch titles to back it up. Kid Icarus?! Nintendo definitely stole the show, which was a huge surprise.
Even though there weren't any huge awesome surprises in big console news, there's plenty of games I can't wait to hear more about throughout the week. I wanna see more Last Guardian!
