How many text messages do you send each day?

In fall of 2008, the average teenage cell phone user sent 2,272 text messages per month, or about 76 messages per day. I don't have a more recent figure.
That sounds like an almost incredible amount to me. I send maybe a couple on an average day. How about you? |

I reckon chlola or maige posted the thread, that's why it's hard to find it. But it was posted in the last 3 months or so.

i'll just post my answer again :p
as for texts, about 3-5 per day on average, peaking to about 10-15. e-mails are a bit different. i tend to like e-mails and instant messages a lot better, because i'm not capped to 100 characters per message. however, when it's HeckleVision night, then we're going to another world here. i'm up to 125-150 texts in less than 2 hours. :( |

But I do use AIM on my phone a lot so yeah.
