Again, I have told you, and you seem to be willfuly ignorant of, that this is a game that is used by many different military and government organizations around the world for training purposes: http://www.bisimulations.com/products/vbs2

I am providing a new feature for it, which is training on use of radio communication equipment in realistic physical environment.

As for the topic of this thread, I never mentioned children, thats your sick mind going further than it needs to.

I think that, yes, maybe there is some evolutionary step that can be gained by research into this. Its obvious that autistic people are actually using more brain power than most people, but that they can not handle the load. They get over stimulated because some parts of their brain obviously are not functioning on as high an order as the rest of it is. Maybe this is something that needs to develope over generations and become adaptive? I really do not think that is such a crazy idea.

I totally think she is autistic - just because she is able to think pretty normal and is actually able to express herself - does make her a unique case. But there is no way u can say the flailing of the arms & sensory issues and social issues she has - are NOT related to Autism.

Autism isn't necessarily a mental disorder it is a lot more social.

This reminds me of a 4 year old boy who could spell almost any word in the most adorable way. He would go "H-E-L-L-O SPACE M-Y SPACE". He was spelling like if he were typing and he could spell very big words. Oh and if he messed up he would say backspace lol.

, sorry Mel, I was too caught up in my little rant, I just read your post and then for whatever reason thought Slylee posted that. :p

As for thinking she's Autistic, I don't have the knowledge enough about the inner workings of the syndrome to be able to label what she has with anything else. The only thing I disagree with though, is that she's completely normal once she has her laptop to communicate. No social issues, no intelligence issues (she seems quite a bit more mature and learned than most girls her age, actually). To me she has a disorder that is overloading her brain when it comes to things more physical, not mental.

I'll concede to the usual diagnosis of Autism, but I don't 100% agree with it anymore. Remember, she was diagnosed with Autism before anyone knew that she was able to communicate the way she does.

If you read her twitter too, you'll see one post in there where she got an A on a paper she wrote for an AP English class. So we know for certain she has no issues with the written word. They don't touch on her mathematical skills though, so she may have some learning disability, still...

i have you totally wrong nou. this whole time i thought you were playing and scripting video games. how further from the truth could i be! its a military simulator! that army kids play, wow im an idiot. Its just like those stock market simulators or poker simulators on your phone. its not a video game its training  dude if theres no risk involved, all it is is a videogame. a videogame takes the unusual and lets you simulate it for a bit. thats like saying your scripting for grand theft auto to help out future criminals hone their skills....youre playing a video game

and as for mating autistic ADULTS together for science....just as retarded as mating autistic children together for your personal army lol.

You sound like someone who is either out of touch, or more likely, sucks at trolling because you are just making up that everyone knows is not true. You are just flaming, not trolling. You suck at this.

id hate to burst your bubble. Correct me if im wrong as im using information and my understanding about you that i have acquired from this site.

If this whole whack video game simulation is correct, and the military is looking for average joes/nerds sitting at home in their pajams to script and program software for their advanced military systems. I really doubt they are going to ask someone like yourself, a man who has no military knowledge, a man with no schooling, no military training to script systems for them. I really do think you need to know SOMETHING about what they do in order to script anything of use to them.

I work in real estate. Lets say I hire a computer programmer to script me a program that is of some use to my everyday tasks in the real estate business. i think i would most likely hire a programmer who knows something about the business i work in. Someone who has done the same day to day tasks and can come up with ideas to help me make my day easier and more productive.

You know nothing about the military. How could you possibly come up with any idea that is of some use to them. Unless you have someone on your team who does have that knowledge and is the idea man. Thus making you a programmer.... but in that case your just as much of a tool and just as replacable as the laptop you use to program with.

It could swing from trees eat bananas claw the out of and hunt like the king of the jungle but yet be flexible and agile like a monkey. maybe we could attach a saddle to it, grow ponytails and attach them to the lonkey's tail this way we can tame them and be one with them. You could ride it around swinging from tree to tree with your magical axe of reverisibility that you crafted for the military but stole back! and you can start your own civilivzation...a secret society, in the jungle called the nou world order....

nou you live in fantasy land hahah

I see your point but I also see that she has difficulty adapting in society.

She flails her arms and pounds the desk - she could never be able to go to a real school because of those challenges. Could you imagine her in a school cafeteria? That's the noisiest place in the world :haha:

What was interesting is how they revisited her 1 year later and she seemed more calm. I wonder if they loaded her up with drugs or what.

I have a question for you about your brother... did he have digestive system problems growing up? Alot of times kids who have autism are allergic to sooooooooooo many foods. I met a woman who is trying to create these snacks and even cakes because sometimes children with Autism can't even have a bday cake. She has a great idea.

It seemed to me that she was getting better as she was more able to communicate with others and feel less trapped in her body.
