Maybe I didn't balance the tracks enough release year wise as four contestants placing in the top 5 are active followers of weekly trance shows and are up to date on newer tracks.

Note that the number of ID's count everybody who scored a single point on a track. A track is considered a unique only if one, and only one, contestant scored 3 points on it and nobody else scored a single point on it.

Retroid creates very nice melancholic breaks with progressive house influences.

As a Depeche Mode fan it is nice to hear new takes on their tracks. Sander does a decent job with his signature raw sound.

This is from a Finnish children's rap album called Lenni Lokinpoikanen (Lenni the Baby Seagull) sung (sampled) by two 4-year-olds. This is about MC Beetle about the importance of parenting and not bullying others.

didn't really expect it but i guess i did blew the contest, but since technically i'm not really a part of this community so i'll let Tresor take my place for whatever award you're getting for winning ;)
tho actually i knew only a handful of tracks, but with help of some programs and my information gathering skills i was able to id most of the tracks within an hour or two. i took quite a few shortcuts here and there so maybe that's why not *all* tracks were properly id'd but oh well, it was enough :D |
