ooh man i can't believe his happened to me, when i got there nobody was around except the promoters and people who worked there, when i asked one of the guys if i could come in, he said you look to casual, i had a black T-shirt jeans and sneakers exactly wut i wore last time when i got in.. i'm so pist its a 20 min drive back idk man |

marco ing killed it. gryp ing sucked ass. marco came on at 1:30 was done at 3:30. gryphon was kicking people out left and right. undeservingly so of course. will never set foot in that club ever again. they piss on their patrons. i'd rather hang at eden.

The black security guard is really starting to piss me off! This guy is so ing anal about every little thing, feel like he's guarding Fort Knox. I honestly did't see anyone get kicked out. For the most part I was right by the exit and in the booth the entire night. I only saw the security guard harrassing everyone
I want to apologize for the people that had issues. I really don't know why this happened tonight, it was weird.
orTofønChiLd I'm so sorry about what happened. I wished you would of called me and I would of made sure you got in. I don't understand why the door sometimes pulls that game. I'll make it up to you for Crystal Method or Digweed. When the time rolls around give me a shout and we'll square things up.

Anyway, I might get scolded for this, but I felt like Marco was all over the place with his music. I wasn't impressed at all, sorry!
As for the door? We got right in, we were on Alej Varez's guest list. Now that little afro puff security guard??? He was kickin people out of pathways and staring people down like they were guilty of something, very in annoying!!!
Above all...we had a great time surrounded by amazing friends. But I honestly expected more from MV!!! But that is just my opinion.:cool: |

| The security guard know me very very well and he was watching me the whole night every time i hold my camera up. Marco V did good. I told him "your not getting kick out here tonight" and he laughing hysterically. |

okay now that ive gotten some sleep and feel somewhat sober i guess its review time. :p
had only been to gryphon once before for trent cantrelle a few years back so i was excited to be there again. plus marcos been playing some good as of late. the club is nice. the sound was good. it was nice and cool. if you wanted a place to sit down you could easily find one. dont really like all the vip tables in the middle but hey its still better than how mansion or liv or a lot of other places are set up so i cant complain too much.
we got there pretty much exactly at 12. no line. right in. and the place was dead. what happened donnie? wasnt it gonna sell out because ticket sales were apparently going so well? lol. i knew it wasnt going to be packed. for one, the page views on wanttickets was a dead give away. also the prices never changed as they did for a&b. i didnt mind it because it was easy to get around but the spreading of misinformation is a kinda gay tactic to get your club full. it didnt even work now did it? i guess trance really isnt getting much support at gryphon. guess we wont get anymore huh? its obvious you guys dropped the ball after a&b. that was the time you needed to book more. not wait 3 months for the next show. youve lost all the momentum. and yea your club may be packed for digweed or some other random shows but you're not giving the people what they want so please dont pretend to.
marco came on at 1:30 which was a nice surprise. opened with kaskade - dynasty (dada life remix) which is a dope track but i'll agree with what others have said, he was all over the place. didnt really have much of a flow for the first hour (and who knew that would be half his set?). what happened to a possible 4 hour set? atleast 3? once again donnie, the misinformation you're spreading will not get you anywhere. we appreciate that you're on here and atleast listening to our concerns but we're not sheep like most other clubbers are so why even bother with the bull?
now the last 45 or so mins of marcos set he REALLY picked it up and was dropping bomb after bomb. hearing godd (what remix was that?) was so dope. do you believe in a god that satisfies? do you believe in a god that opens eyes? do you believe in a god that tells you lies? or do you believe in me? BOOOOOM! awesome. absolutely awesome. those last 45 mins was totally worth the whole night. drove up from miami, got a hotel in the area, took a taxi to and from the hard rock just to be safe, got wasted, and just rocked out. of course it wasnt cheap but donnie look what people are willing to do for good shows?
now onto the serious bull... that ing fag ass black guy with the mini-fro. what is up his ass seriously? he grilled everyone that walked in the door or walked by him. it goes beyond him telling people to stop recording videos. that guy just takes the tiny bit of authority he has in life and totally blows it out of proportion. seriously, is his dick that small that he feels the need to act like that? anyway. i ing stuck it to him big time. i got TEN ING VIDEOS so eat that you ******. most of them are fairly long too. the video i got at the end was so awesome. i handed marco my phone and it essentially said "you're killing it please let me record a video" and he gave me the thumbs up. so i stood right in front of the dj booth and held my camera up and started recording. a couple seconds in the fag told me to stop but i told him marco said it was okay. he looked confused so i kept going. they were asking marco if he actually did tell me it was okay and marco told them to let me do it. even the manager/owner or whoever the that douche is was talking to marco about it. after marco finished that song and transitioned to the next track he told me to cut it off because they were hassling him about it. but seriously, what the ? if marco says its okay leave him the alone and also leave the patrons of the club alone. we're all there for a fun time and to be told not to do something is pretty gay. come on its not like im busting out some coke and setting up a line on the ing speaker. my videos get a load of views, almost a quarter of a million views in total of just under 500 videos. not only is that promotion for the dj but also for the club. why wouldnt you want that? im not recording a fight or anything bad going down at the club so wtf? anyway props to marco for sticking up for me. i wasnt going to vote in the dj mag top 100 cuz come on lets face it, its gay as , but just for that im voting for marco.
now a little more... after the fag told me more than a couple of times to stop recording and i had exhausted all my excuses i gave my camera to my gf and had her take a couple. she got some decent footage but the the fag of course came up to her and told her to shut it off. she played dumb (which was perfect) and told him she was trying to take a picture and didnt know how to use a camera and he straight up was the biggest turd of all time to her. you dont treat women the way he was talking to her. she even asked him for help for taking a picture and his response was something along the lines of "turn that off." why dude? why you gotta be like that? problems at home? cant get it up? this guy deserves to lose his job for the way he treats the people who are paying his salary.
and one last one, probably the worst of all. didnt happen to me but happened to people i know. while i was recording my long video with marcos permission other people were recording as well. well a couple got kicked out for taking a video. no warning, just straight kicked out. not only is that horrible but these are people who spent THOUSANDS of dollars at a&b for vip. the fag security guard even knows them but wouldnt even give them a chance to explain. he was manhandling the girl in way that was beyond inappropriate. i really feel for them because thats some . its obvious gryphon does not care one bit about its customers much less the customers who spend a lot of money.
i for one am boycotting this club unless that security guard gets fired.
but other than the bull, i had an awesome time! good seeing everyone. pics + TEN ing videos that i worked extremely hard for will be up shortly.
