Sorry to hear about your ty situation dude. I really do hope you find out. If you really think your wife won't come clean about it when you confront her about it, maybe its best to invest in a private investigator. This is YOUR life we're talking about, and if this will always carry over on your head, it will destroy your marriage without other cause.
Now, if you just don't trust her - you may want to re-evaluate your marriage, since this may become a reoccurring theme.

I wouldn't confront to her. Find out on your own, either by private investigator or you following her around.
The moment you do, she'll be in denial and try to cover it up. Maybe so well that you'll never know thw real answer for that time. And then it'll be a re-occuring theme in your head. Then you just won't be sane and you'll never trust her.
The only way to find out is to catch her in the act or have someone do it for you. Hopefully its not what you think and she's been planning a surprise birthday party for you. Good luck dude.
