im looking to get just a name that a cell phone account is attached to, its a telus account, i dont know if this is possible or not, but its the sort of thin that will make or break my marriage. if anyone knows if this is possible, any help is appreciated.

im pretty sure there is a privacy act of some sort which makes that somehow illegal unless you know someone that works for telus and is willing to risk their job.

Not to be insensitive to the intricacies of the situation, but if I suspected something was so messed up in my marriage that it hung on whether or not I got a name attached to a number, I'll call er' a day and drop the d-bomb anyways.

It is a security protocol to protect privacy. You can only retrieve personal data from any telecommunications company through police investigation or a lawyer. They need to send a memo stating for what purpose and takes as they say 30 days.

3 CSRs I know from Robellus refuse to go into any customers account & change things around without them being on the phone. Termination on the spot, if higher level ever finds out.
