I did, to provide the comparative example in order to make your statement meaningful or accurate. So, with junior staffers your earlier assertion is most likely correct; running your own business has more time involved than simply being a pleb in that exact same business. |

Moral get a brain. You are inept. Libel depends on jurisdiction, it is criminal in civil law jurisdictions. This is available all over the world, including civil jurisdictions. It is thus a CRIMINAL OFFENCE also.
If your information is false, and it is, then it is tort.

ahh, but criminal defamatory libel (that's the crime... Defamatory Libel; plain Libel, is the tort) requires the person to Know the statement is false... not the case here.

You don't know your , bro... this is kinda my job. In order for a tort to have been committed there must be a) a duty of care between two parties, b) a breach of the duty of care from one party to the other must have ocurred, AND c) the agrieved party must be able to prove damages that are causally related to the breach of duty. |

As stated get a clue. Contacting the police, giving false reports, contacting as you stated people who are in contact with me (A breach of privacy) and many other things are only part of the ill behaviour you are carrying on with. Of course most of what you say is a lie, but both ways whether lieing or stating information that is false and you claim it was stated by people who lied to you about details.. your conduct is both criminal and a tort.
as stated I got to go, so how bout you try to not be a troll and keep to the topic you pathetic ass.
(knowledge actually isn't required, if I stated IT IS FALSE, and you don't beleive me, and I take action - it doesn't matter you were informed. end of story.) |

What I find really amusing is that you're the only person on these boards to ever acuse me of stating any falsehood and likely the only person who would believe I have. You can continue to delude yourself Will but it's really not going to get you anywhere. My conduct is neither criminal nor a tort. Also, with regard to whom is to be believed; credibility is important, you have none. |
