I am going through house listings because I am bored and there are always houses that are marked as condos and way less than the median price around them... They look like single family dwellings though... Any of you failed or soon to fail real-estate people here know what this means?

Seriously though... I do not understand why these are listed as condos and are half the price of homes in the same area.
Its not in a tower, its a single family unit... it makes no sense! :whip:
Also the keep pollutin my data when I just wanna see single family homes and then its like "OH ITS A CONDO!!!" |

| you just dont understand the term condominium. the land is shared under a condo corporation. i dont feel like getting into specifics here, but youre probably looking at townhomes and not even realizing it |
