You really think so? I doubt there's a significant market for stuff like this, at least compared to their effect and sample packs. It's not like much time or money needs to be put into packs that have premade songs, there's not nearly as much sound design and synthesis that goes into it.
Mad for Brad
the people that use this tend to get it for "free"

The edm community tend to be tech savy and as a result are aware of places like audionews and such. Perhaps European TV / Radio producers use it for source music. That might be a possibility.

Yeah, that's the other thing I was thinking. I know I've heard a few stock loops formed into simple tracks on shows like South Park and a few other random TV shows.

That doesn't really seem to vengeance's audience, though. That's more of Roland's audience or some other huge company that spans every music market.

regardless of their products, i always enjoy listening to their mp3 demos.

edit: unless it's some diet coke version of trance/disney cheese eurodance , i can't stand that.

Or nobody does, and someone makes a hit track out of them, but it instantly becomes public domain :)

exactly what i was thinking...:stongue:

Vengeance has a noob audience who pass off other's loops as their own work IMO. I think that's always been their primary market. I don't think that most respectable producers use their samples these days because they're too recognisable, low quality and seem to be recycled from others' tracks. Thats my opinion anyway, I've certainly heard nothing good about them for a few years. Its not like they're the "go to" library for trance any more.

lots of well established producers are using vengeance loops/samples, you must not listen to ASOT, GDJB these days.

That pack was really useless. Even though that was kinda my style, it's a complete joke. I can't believe they made something like that, this is not comprehend-able and...*stutters and can't say a single word*...

FYI, I don't own a single Vengeance pack, mostly because I can't afford any of these packs. Although, I like how these crystal and crisp samples and loops adds so much to the drive, unlike the default 808/909 samples that just sounds so minimal, muted and empty, but when it comes to synth patches, chord progressions and melodies, I want to make my own, or else it's not my track.

Look, I want my tracks to sound powerful, crystal and up to date, but pre-made audio clips isn't the way to go, tutorials on music theory, synthesis and equalizing. As someone said before, this is one step worse than Nexus.

Only thing I'll touch from them is some of the sounds from their Minimal CD. Everything else is either overcompressed, stolen, or over-used.

I have four of their sample packs that I use for pretty much all of my percussion, effects, crashes, etc. It's a solid resource if you dig through all the crap, which admittedly is a pain in the ass. I'd rather have a library that's full of more useful sounds than over-compressed or useless ones, but I'm happy enough with the gems I can find in vengeance packs.

The same kind that uses pre-made perc loops.

Better start miking up those drum kits.
