I am thinking about moving servers again since people are complaining about things.
I am thinking about moving to an Amazon EC2 host, since we rarely fill even close to the 40 slots we have now and it would be cheaper.
Roughly 100$ a year at the current usage rates vs. $60 a MONTH. :p
Also you guys could use different codecs and stuff, higher or lower bit rate, whatever. It would be a lot more flexible and the cost would be totally based on use. |

| $100 a year is pretty good though. That's actually less than what I pay for a shared server on Dreamhost, and I'm not able to use it as a shoutcast server. |
