There are a lot of places that still look like those photos in rural Georgia, NC, SC, and Tennessee that I've been through.


Dude in the last picture (#70) looks like he's had a rough life.

Haha... true. That would never happen today. You'd have the unions dictating that the person who washed the plane's exterior can't be the same person who polishes it... that the person who vacuums after hours can't be the same person who takes out the trash... that 30 hour work weeks are mandatory with double pay if that time is exceeded, plus 90 minute lunch breaks.
