Andy use the search function and you will find lots of threads on Viva. It's in Markham and has a killer sound and light system. It's mainly an asian club but lately the crowd should be getting more mixed which is such a good thing.
Viva has by far the best music in town bar none, but it's not so well known outside of the asian community. Play mostly trance, some acid and progressive, but they play a good mix of everything. It's going to be a swweeeet night! :D |

And Tracewave I don't mind the club being predominantly Asian hehe but itz all good having a mix there. Atleast with all the Asians it certainly keeps the Gino's out !! |

Well I'm Asian so I easily fit right in with the crowd. Everytime I'm there people have been REALLY nice to me, don't know if it's because I'm asian too. But for someone who is not asian, going to Viva for the first time could feel overwhelmed and some may feel out of place. I would like to see a little more mixed crowd, I think that would be nice and it should happen more now with all the great talent they are bringing in (hey, works for me). Viva's becoming more well known now and it deserves the attention. I love that place, great resident Djs. |

haha wells i'm Asian too so i guess i got the 'good' treatment as well .. :]
heh honestly tho the last time i was there i brought along a lot of my non-Asian friends .. some of them fitted right in and a lot of them felt uncomfortable.. but with the big TA contingency being there in full force we should all be able to hav a punchass time .. :] |

I'm not asian and i will definitely be there. For those TA's who have not been there yet you will be blown away!!!! I've been there several times and it is unreal. The lighting is on par if not better than Guv, and the sound, well lets just say your in for surprise.
And for whomever is deciding whether they should go to the hole in the ground they call SYSTEMS, there is absolutely no comparison between both clubs, NONE WHATSOEVER!!! |
