I don't listen to trance as much as I used to but he was definitely one of my favorite producers back when I was really into it.

During WMC, I didn't (thank God) catch any trance sets bar Gareths and I must say I was really impressed with him, as always. Plenty of energy in the music and the crowd.

Here's a quick vid I took...............with an appearance from Jori at towards the end :p

btw. what's the name of this funny eurodance tune? :haha:

edit: okay, i see "Paul van Dyk - We Are One (Giuseppe Ottaviani Remix)" lmao

I was a big fan a few years back - hes got that uk trancey groove which im a fan of and plays solid tunes. Also a great guy which always helps.

I would like for him to play/produce a litle less cheesy/childlike and go a bit deeper/thoughtful(which im 100% he is totally capable of), it seems like he hasnt progressed in the last few years but i guess thats just personal preference.

Yeah, that's definitely not a good example of his main body of work. Gotta please the masses I guess.

Probably the same people who liked Eurodance now like this, but that doesn't make it Eurodance, although it's equally commercial.

That didn't sound at all like the Gareth I heard a couple of years ago. Got any better example of his recent works?

The videos I posted originally are more recent. He does have a new album coming out soon I believe (maybe September?)

I had a listen to Exposure. I can't help thinking that he must have gotten the melody from Journey To Silius :)
