| Jesus christ I hate sleep paralysis. I've heard theories that it is the reason people think they were abducted by aliens. Feeling awake, but not able to move, seeing dark figures coming at you...I get it. I could see how someone who lacks a certain brain capacity could think that it was aliens. |

I think he is asking if they are a serotonin re-uptake inhibitor. Buspar is a serotonin regulator, it elevates levels if necessary or in cases of high serotonin limits the levels that are sent to neuron receptors. (May be someone else can clarify this a bit better but that's the general idea)
So yea if your levels are low Buspar will help elevate them prior to ur roll, but in cases where you take something that effects your serotonin levels (SSRI's) while taking something which depletes your levels I think you might be risking a reaction which could lead to serotonin syndrome if taken to close together. |
