There are two on my wife's side...
I can join as soon as I tell them that I want to...
They can't invite you though...
You have to tell them you want in..
The biggest rule is that you have to believe in a faith that follows god...
And I don't so... |

Not actually God or even a god; rather, a supreme being... one can contend the universe itself is an entity that is supreme to you; subsequently, a belief of that nature would qualify. |

| They did not waste any time in returning my inquiry. On September the 15th I have been invited to the general purpose meeting here in Mississauga where I will learn more about them and potentially formally make my petition to the lodge. I'm actually quite excited. |

The whole controling the world is kind of a long stretch... members are not allowed to discuss business or politics with each other (strictly forbidden and enforced). Truth be told, anyone willing to pay the membership dues and go through the initiation process can join. |

Freemasons are a brotherhood of men who's purpose is spiritual peace and community fellowship.
They definitely have secret rituals and traditions as do many organizations. And the network is vast and is designed to assist other freemasons as individuals of equal understanding.
The freemasons are involved in a lot of good charitable work. The Shriner's sect of freemasonary is most noted for it's medical charities and hospitals.
If there is indeed an illuminati it would probably be mutually exclusive of the free masons as the illuminati would go against the basic premises of what free masonary stands for. |
