Yep...the Rangers play the Devils in their preseason opener on Thursday night. Hockey season is among us folks...and I can't wait for October to roll around
So with the NHL starting up soon, does anyone here want to create an NYTA Yahoo Fantasy Hockey league?
We need at least three other people besides myself to get this off the ground. I've been commissioner for several leagues in the past so I can set everything up. We would do an online draft and play each week in a head-to-head format.
The only thing I ask to those interested- please, please try to stick out the whole season and show some level of commitment. Everyone who has played fantasy sports in the past knows that there's always guys who stop caring about their team a couple weeks into the season, leaving top-flight guys like Ovechkin and Crosby sitting on dead teams. Really annoying.
So if you're interested, please reply and I'll add you to the list below. We can use this thread all season to discuss the league if there is enough interest to start one :)
