A State of Sundays is a weekly 24 hour radio show broadcast every sunday on sirius xm. In addition to featuring the latest episode of A State of Trance, listeners will hear an exclusive hour with Armin’s personal collection, ranging from trance to progressive, house and down-tempo electronic music. Next to that, the show will feature a ‘Favourite Future DJ’ segment and special DJ sets by the likes of Markus Schulz, Dash Berlin, John O’Callaghan, Andy Moor, Ashley Wallbridge and W&W.

| command & conquer 1(so many hours on link cable,those were the days)then up until red alert 2, oblivion (morrowind was awright), def jam fight for NY, halo1, fallout2 (3 was a letdown),house of the dead, time crisis, die hard trilogy, zelda ocarina of time, call of duty, commandos 2, vigilate8, tony hawks 2, i dunno, so many hours wasted on those games. |

It's too hard to find normal and above tracks on 2 hours each week, but for 24 hours wiil be almost the same tracks, as last week, as there are not so many tracks realeased weekly to play new good tracks without repeating |

If you look at the line up, you will see that it's not just Armin playing the whole time. It's a combination of two hours of chill unmixed tracks, guest mixes by other DJ's, 2 hours of his regular ASOT show, 2 hours of classic unmixed tracks and 2 hours of unmixed progressive tracks.. The programming of this is really not bad at all.. I would highly recommend you tune to it if you are driving around in your car or relaxing at home..
If you are not in the USA/Canada/Mexico you can tune in via the net..
I do understand your point and can see how this might not have worked after a week, if it was a 24 HOUR ASOT episode with Armin mixing "fresh" tracks, since not that many get release every week, but in fact ASOT sundays is not being sold as a 24 HOUR ASOT Radio show..
From other boards and from the Sirius facebook page, I can see many people being happy with this, so this is definitely a big plus to have.. GREAT job to Sirius and Armin..
Again, this is not a 24 HOUR ASOT show with Armin playing "The newest tunes".. |
