Yeah that setup where the tables are setup that way is usually for scratch DJs, but the way he has it set up is the needle closer to him instead of away which I've never seen before. |

Coincendentally I had someone this weekend introduce himself to me, saying he knew me from TA. I <3 meeting new people so I thought that was really cool of them.

YES KARIM!!! You gotta organize/plan it though, and I can bring my equipment - I got a car/trailer and everything. We'll DJ 50/50, heheh ... The reason why is because there is just no scene here in Hamilton, I know of TWO people who like 80s dance (they can just barely comprehend the term "italo-disco"). I can't just randomly throw a party somewhere in Toronto because I am not from the area.
I'm game, if you have ideas/plans, let me know! :D

I use pitch control extensively, meticulously. Especially for DJ'ing TOP 40 music, it is essential. I tried it before on the opposite side, like many DJ's - it is sometimes a very tiring experience, especially for my back. I dont see a big deal about it.
