technically, no. the photograph is always owned/copyrighted to the photographer unless he sells the rights to it (or gives up his/her rights to it). |

Aren't those the same rights stripped from the subjects of paparazzi when they take photos... even with a 1000mm telephoto lens lurking in the bushes? Your photos are consensual that's true. Just playin' the devils advocate here. |
